I provide counseling to individuals (teens 16+ and adults) working to cope with life’s challenges. I work with individuals experiencing a wide variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, adjusting to life transitions, gender and sexuality questioning, and addictions. As a queer counselor, I am especially passionate about working with members of the LGBTQIAP+ community. I am a kink-aware and poly-aware counselor.

I approach counseling from a Humanistic/Person-Centered framework. I believe that every individual is uniquely capable, and that my job is to provide support in helping those I work with to achieve positive outcomes. I draw from a broad variety of theories and techniques in order to effectively work with individual clients according to their needs. I aim to help individuals discover more about themselves, build strong coping skills, and move through the world with confidence.
